The Good Cashmere Standard® by AbTF is an independent standard for sustainably produced cashmere wool with the aim of improving the welfare of cashmere goats, the working conditions of farmers and the environment in which they live. It was developed by the AID BY TRADE FOUNDATION, with additional assistance from our cashmere expert Heike Hillebrecht. We are proud to be able to make our contribution. Cashmere is not a protected term and unfortunately this is why there are big differences in quality. Our PREMIUM cashmere at PETER HAHN distinguishes itself from other cashmere with its fibre length and fineness, and you can recognize it by the black PREMIUM seal – because not all cashmere is the same. |

Fashion label BRAX sets new standards in preserving resources in the production of denim fashion with its "Blue Planet" jeans collection. The "Blue Planet" range stands for trendy looks that are produced while respecting the environment and natural resources. For example, innovative washing processes using ozone or the use of modern laser technology significantly reduce the consumption of water, chemicals and energy in the production of the exclusive denim collection. |

Pima cotton is not only very soft and durable, but also very sustainable. We obtain our selected premium yarn from our special spinning mill in Greece. From GMO-free seeds to energy-efficient processing in the spinning mill, sustainability is a top priority here. For example, smart irrigation systems achieve water savings of 80% and significantly reduce the amount of fertiliser used. Comfort with a clear conscience! |

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) places the highest ecological and social demands on organically produced natural fibres in every phase of the manufacturing process. One of the strictest standards in the textile industry, and one which our entire GREEN COTTON collection meets. |

The Caregora™ label, which has been awarded to all products of the Medima brand, guarantees the species-appropriate husbandry and gentle shearing of Angora rabbits during the production of the valuable wool. So that humans and animals can feel good. |

The Go Green environmental program has two main goals: to revitalise the Philippines' ecosystem and at the same time to maintain the local fashion accessories industry, which has been focussing on the resource-saving use of domestic materials since the 1970s. "Green jewellery" for every occasion. |

By recycling materials, we give them a new life and thus save energy, raw materials and water. This is good for the environment and our contribution to the circular economy. Through the intelligent use of production surpluses and the reuse of recycled materials, we not only save resources but also create high-quality products: like those with the "Recycled Materials" label we have developed. |
We are a carbon-neutral company. In cooperation with ClimatePartner, we have calculated our CO₂ emissions and offset them through an internationally recognised climate protection project. In addition to avoiding and reducing emissions, this is an important step for us in climate protection. We have recorded the relevant CO₂ emissions of our company: from heating and electricity to employees' commutes, to the production of the catalogue and the transport of goods. As a company, we are carbon-neutral. We have taken the first step! This way we can see exactly what our biggest challenges are in reducing emissions.
