History Paul Fuchs and Hans Schmitt established the Fuchs & Schmitt brand in Aschaffenburg back in 1967. Since 1988, the Merswolke & Veer company group has managed the brand. Over the past few years, the Fuchs & Schmitt specialist for jackets and coats has gradually gained a new, independent profile. A more modern logo has meanwhile also been developed. Today four designers create two collections for the brand every year.
