General Trading Conditions
1. The contract
A contract between PETER HAHN Ltd and the customer for the supply of products by Peter Hahn Ltd to the customer comes into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched by PETER HAHN Ltd. English law applies to all orders placed, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

2. Payment & Taxes
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include the V.A.T. at the current rate. VAT will be changed should the government raise or lower the VAT rate. Prices are exclusive postage and packaging costs. We accept payment by cheque, credit and debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, JCB and Switch.
3. Delivery information & delivery cost
The cost of postage and packaging is a one-off £4.95 charge. This means that we will only charge you once, even if we need to despatch multiple parcels to complete your order. Delivery is only possible inside UK excluding the Channel Islands and the UK’s Overseas Territories. Different delivery address: We can deliver to a different delivery address (in Great Britain) from your billing address at no extra charge. Please specify your required delivery address on your order form. We aim to despatch all goods quickly (stock permitting), but please allow up to 30 days for delivery. However occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. PETER HAHN Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations should be notified in writing to PETER HAHN Limited, Carriage House, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4EY, by e-mailing service@peterhahn.co.uk or by calling 0844 557 1214, in all circumstances you should try to quote your order number to allow us to deal with your request quickly. A full refund, including the costs of delivery, will be made where you cancel your order prior to receiving it.
5. Returns
You are entitled to return goods for refund within 14 calendar days or within 7 working days, whichever is longer (the “Cancellation Period”) of delivery of those goods. Where you cancel your order during the Cancellation Period you will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs. We aim to process all refunds within a period of 30 days. Following cancellation you will be obliged to return the goods at your own cost to us at your earliest convenience. As you are responsible for the risk of returning the goods we strongly recommend that you use an assured delivery method. If you fail to return the goods in respect of which your order has been cancelled we reserve the right to recover the goods from you and charge you for the cost of doing so. Where the exact goods you have ordered are not available, we reserve the right to send you substitute goods, which are similar. You will be entitled to benefit from the Cancellation Period in respect of these goods and where you do not wish to keep those substitute goods we will pay the cost of returning them to us. You are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. This obligation includes not doing anything to damage, stain or cause the goods to become misshapen and wearing goods for longer than is necessary to try them on. Where you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we will consider you to be in breach of contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
