Returns
Try from the comfort of your home
With us you may try the goods in the comfort of your own home. That means that you are entitled to return goods for refund within 14 calendar days or within 7 working days, whichever is longer (the "Cancellation Period") of delivery of those goods.
Returns
Following cancellation you will be obliged to return the goods at your own cost to us at your earliest convenience. As you are responsible for the risk of returning the goods we strongly recommend that you use an assured delivery method. If you fail to return the goods in respect of which your order has been cancelled we reserve the right to recover the goods from you and charge you for the cost of doing so.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be notified in writing to PETER HAHN Limited,
Carriage House, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4 EY,
by e-mailing service@peterhahn.co.uk or by calling 0844 557 1214, in
all circumstances you should try to quote your order number to allow us
to deal with your request quickly. A full refund, including the costs of
delivery, will be made where you cancel your order prior to receiving it.
You are under
a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
This obligation includes not doing anything to damage, stain or cause the
goods to become misshapen and wearing goods for longer than is necessary
to try them on. Where you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we will
consider you to be in breach of contract. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
